He sleeps in the right mausoleum of the Catacombs. Once all guard Brutals are defeated, as confirmed by the eight lit fires around his crypt, the battle can be started by interacting with his crypt.
Battle[ | ]
Not as many HPs as the God Brutal of the Wild, he makes up for it with a lot of different resistances. If your build fails to defeat him but you don't want to spend money in a respec, try to alternate with Conjurate (with the Magus ability switched to magic) to exploit his weaknsss and Fortify/Bite to survive. However, this won't work in Gold and Epic due to the sheer increase in HP.
